Project Showcase: Hixson Middle School
Hixson Middle School – Webster Groves, Missouri
The addition at Hixson Middle School featured many products installed by G&S Architectural Products. The library feature motorized Mecho shades on three sides of the room. The band and choir room had G&S Acoustics diffusers and wall panels as well as the gym. The nurses station had AR Nelson cubicle curtains. Many of the rooms had white boards installed.
Gym
G&S Acoustics Acousti-Tack impact resistant panels are on the walls of the gym. The fabric used is Carnegie Meteor – Orange 726 and Fractal Emboss 6261-768.
Nurses Station
AR Nelson curtains and track were installed using the fabric Carnegie Effervescence.
Band/Choir Rooms
G&S Acoustics wall diffusers (WD) in Carnegie Meteor and SAE wall panels in the fabric Carnegie Strie for specialized sound control. The ceiling has pyramid shaped ceiling diffusers (CD) to reflect the sound evenly through out the room.
Library/Multi-Media Room
The library at Hixson Middle School feature floor to ceiling motorized Mecho shades on three sides of the room using 1003 Gray fabric.
